Monday, June 24, 2024 - Swing Shift

4:00PM - Maureen is relaxing on her recliner - looking comfortable while watching her favorite game shows. She's looking alert and no longer sleepy.

4:50PM - Diaper was light wet.

5:10PM - Dinner was chicken tenders with sauce and broccoli, and a cup of lemon water. Coughed once.

6:00PM - Administerd 5mg of Olanzapine with apple sauce and 12.5ml of Vimpat.

6:15PM - Oral care.

6:30PM - We moved Maureen to the bedroom. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned/dried and changed her. Applied Cavilon cream on folds and Cetaphil lotion on face, both arms and legs. We position Maureen to face her left side with pillow in between legs and 2 wedges on the back.

6:45PM - Maureen is sleeping.
