4:00 PM: Maureen is sitting comfortably on her recliner chair while watching TV.

**finished 3/4 cup of lemon water

5:10 PM: Dinner- Chicken biscuit with peas and beets. She finshed her food. **coughed 3x

6:00 PM: Administered Olanzapine and 12.5 ml of Vimpat with yogurt and water.

6:15 PM: Oral care done.

6:30 PM: Transferred Maureen back to bedroom. Her diaper was heavy wet. Cleaned and changed. Applied Cavilon cream after. Applied Cetaphil lotion in face and extremities and Vicks on chest. **Coughed once.
