Monday June 16, 2025 Swingshift summary

Kathy and Barb were here with Maureen, sitting in the front room, enjoying game shows and interacting with one another.

5:00 dinner was served, Carolyn brought a pasta dish with red sauce, peas, spinach and chicken. 10 ounces of orange flavored sparkling water as well.

6:20 12.5ml of VIMPAT and 5mg of OLANZAPINE were administered with applesauce.

6:30 cleanup and oral care were done and followed immediately with transferring to the bedroom. Kathy and I changed a heavy wet diaper, we observed a half dollar sized spot of lightly bloodied clear discharge … I cleaned her up very well with, applied Cavilon barrier cream in the appropriate places and put on a fresh diaper.

We put on a new shirt for the night, rolled her onto her left side, propped up with the wedge pillows and took the following vitals for the evening …
