4:00 PM. Arrived. Maureen is sitting on her recliner watching game show and having her fruit snack.


4:30 PM. Checked diaper and it's dry.


4:45 PM. BP 110/70 Pulse 64


5:00 PM. Dinner was chicken parm and vegatable rigatoni with a cup of lemon water. **coughed 1x


6:00 PM. Administered 5mg of Olanzapine and 12.5ml of Vimpat with apple sauce.


6:15 PM. Oral and denture care done.


6:30 PM. Transferred Maureen back to bedroom. Diaper was medium wet. Cleaned, dried and changed. Applied Cavilon cream om her perineal area and Cetaphil lotion on her arms and legs. Positioned her facing left side.

Temp: 97.7°

O2: 95% Pulse: 60 bpm
