Monday, Feb. 3, 2025 - Daytime Update

8:00AM - Maureen's awake however, looking slightly sleepy. She's calm while on her left side. No signs of pain or distress observed.

8:20AM - Maureen is still not looking ready to start the day. Her eyes still closing a little bit.

8:40AM - Looking more awake now, we placed her in an upright position. Administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

BP: 108/60, P: 65 bpm

8:50AM - Me and Dalia started to gave her a full body bed bath. No rashes/redness on skin. Diaper was still clean and dry, no vaginal discharges. We dressed Maureen and proceed to wash her hair. Transferred to the kitchen after.

9:20AM - Breakfast 8oz prune juice with 1 cap Miralax, omelette (with zucchini, pepper and onion), pear and 1/4 cup of coffee. Maureen coughed 2x. She's trying to get rid of the phlegm, used suction machine once.

**Reclined geri chair one notch prior to eating for comfort.

MiraLAX dose today - 1 cap

Administered 10mg of Loratadine with apple sauce.

10:00AM - Oral care.

10:10AM - Eye care and eye drops routine. Facial and hand care routine followed.

Carolyn arrived to visit Maureen.

10:40AM - Maureen's looking sleepy while on chair, even closed her eyes for a quick nap - looking a bit tired.

11:15AM - Maureen had half a cup of lemon water.

11:30AM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for the 1st break. Diaper was medium wet with medium, cloudy vaginal discharge. We cleaned and changed her. Applied Cavilon barrier film on sacrum and Cavilon cream on inner thighs. Position to face her right side.

12:35PM - 1st rest break ended. Diaper was clean and dry. Proceed to dressed Maureen and transferred to the kitchen.

12:45PM - Lunch was chicken noodle soup and potato chips. Maureen finished a cup of sparkling water. Coughed once.

**Maureen's nose has been runny since this morning. We reclined the geri chair one notch after eating because Maureen's been slowly leaning forward.

1:15PM - Oral care.

1:50PM - Maureen finished half cup of her lemon water.

2:20PM - She had 1/4 cup of ginger tea.

2:30PM - We transferred her to the bedroom for the 2nd rest break. Diaper wss heavy wet with very small, clear vaginal discharge. We cleaned and changed her then, position to face the left side.

3:35PM - 2nd rest break ended. Diaper was medium wet with medium, cloudy vaginal discharge. We cleaned and changed Maureen. Transferred to the front room.

3:45PM - She took half a cup of ginger tea. Fruit snack followed (kiwi, pear and melon).
