Monday, Dec. 29, 2025 - Daytime Update

9:30AM - Maureen's already awake - no signs of any discomfort, looking ready to start her day. Gave her sips of water via swab. Tom informed she woke up at 6am and went back to close her eyes at 7am.

9:40AM - We placed Maureen in an upright position and administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

BP: 108/58, P: 68 bpm, O2: 93%

9:55AM - Me and Tom gave Maureen a full body bed bath using warm water with Cetaphil cleanser, no redness on skin. Diaper was dry, we cleaned and changed her. Applied Sureprep barrier film on sacrum and Cavilon cream on inner thighs. We finished dressing and proceed to wash her hair.

10:25AM - We transferred to the front room. Maureen took 10oz lemon water. Also, administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

Breakfast - waffle with butter and grape jelly, pear and 8oz prune juice. Coughed 3x, used suction 2x.

11:10 AM - Oral care.

11:15AM - Eye care and eye drops routine. Facial and hand care routine followed.

11:30AM - Maureen's leaning back on her recliner, very relaxed.

12:15PM - We transferred Mauren to the bedroom for her rest break. Diaper was medium wet with very small, formed BM. We position to face her left side.

1:10PM - Rest break ended. Diaper was lightly wet with medium, soft BM. We cleaned and changed Maureen and moved to the front room.

1:20PM - Lunch - grilled turkey and cheese sandwich, fresh tomato, split pea soup, and 10oz of sparkling water. Maureen ate well. Coughed 2x.

2:10PM - Oral care.

2:40PM - Sister Roberta arrived for Maureen's weekly massage.

3:35PM - Administered Neb treatment with albuterol.

3:55PM - Fruit snack (pear and melon). Maureen coughed 2x, suctioned once (able to take out loose phlegm). She took 3oz water with electrolytes.

4:45PM - Dinner - pizza (sausage and cheese), 6oz water with electrolytes. Maureen coughed 2x (cough out loose phlegm on her own), sneezed 3x.

5:45PM - Administered 5mg of Olanzapine with apple sauce and 12.5ml of Vimpat.

6:00PM - Oral care.

6:10PM -  We transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Diaper was heavy wet with large, soft BM, we cleaned and changed her. Applied Cavilon cream on inner thighs. Applied Cetaphil lotion on face, arms and legs. Position to face the right side with pillow in between legs and 2 wedges on the back.

6:25PM - Maureen's sleeping.

P - 84 bpm

O2 - 96%
