Monday, August 19 Swing shift summary

• 5:00 pm- Maureen is comfortably resting in the recliner. Her diaper is dry.

• 5:05 pm- Dinner- Jambalaya, cup of water. Maureen coughed once.

• 5:50 pm Administered 12.5 ml of Vimpat and 5 mg of Olanzapine with apple sauce.

• 6:00 pm- Evening oral care.

• 6:25 pm- We transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Diaper was medium wet. Dalia and I cleaned and changed her. Applied Cavilon cream. Cleaned her face and hands and applied Cetaphil lotion on her face, hands, legs and feet.
