Monday, Aug. 12, 2024 - Daytime Update

8:00AM - Maureen was already awake however, looking sleepy - lying on her left side.

8:15AM - Maureen closed her eyes and went back to sleep.

8:35AM - Maureen woke up - waited 5mins. and in an upright position, administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

8:50AM - Me and Dalia started to wash Maureen's upper body with warmed purple wipes. No redness/rashes on skin. Diaper was clean and dry - we changed and clean her. Applied Cavilon barrier film on sacrum and Cavilon cream on folds. We finished dressing and transferred Maureen to the kitchen.

9:00AM - Maureen started with cut up pear and warm coffee with creamer for breakfast. She only had half of her oatmeal/fruit smoothie mixed with 1 spoonful Metamucil, the rest she was holding in her mouth. Decided to just give her an orange juice with half spoon of the Metamucil later when she's ready. Maureen also finished half a cup of lemon water. Coughed once.

9:30AM - Administered 10mg of Loratadine with smoothie followed with 1tab of 500mg of Metronidazole.

9:40AM - Oral care.

9:45AM - Eye care/eyedrops routine. Followed with facial and hand care.

10:05AM - Going out for a walk.

10:55AM - Arrived home from a nice walk. Stayed awake the whole time.

**Maureen finished half a cup of lemon water.

11:30AM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her 1st rest break. Diaper was heavy wet, we cleaned and changed her. Position to face her right side.

12:35PM - 1st rest break ended. Diaper was clean and dry. We proceed to dress Maureen and moved to the kitchen.

12:45PM - Lunch was shrimp salad with beets on the side, and sweet pea soup. Maureen had a cup of sparkling water. Coughed 3x.

**Reclined geri chair prior to eating lunch for comfort.

1:30PM - Administered 1tab of 500mg Metronidazole with yogurt.

1:45PM - Gave half a cup of coconut water with 1/2 spoon of Metamucil.

1:50PM - Oral care.

2:15PM - BP: 104/60, P: 67 bpm

**Looking relaxed while on her chair - awake.

2:30PM - We moved Maureen to the bedroom for her 2nd rest break. Diaper was heavy wet, no discharges. Cleaned and changed her, position to face her right side.

**Reading thr James Patterson book with Maureen.

3:35PM - 2nd resr break ended. Diaper was clean and dry. We dressed Maureen and proceed to the front room.

3:45PM - Maureen had half a cup of lemon water. Fruit snack time (kiwi, pear and melon).
