4:00pm Maureen is sitting comfortably in her recliner watching games show.
4:40pm Blood pressure: 102/59, P 68.
4:45pm Checked diaper, it’s light wet.
4:50pm Dinner: Beef tenderloin tips with gravy, noodles, spinach and half cup of lemon water. Maureen enjoyed. Coughed twice, suction pump used.
5:50pm Administered 12.5ml Vimpat, 5mg Olanzapine with Apple sauce.
6:00pm Oral care.
6:20pm Transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Cleaned and changed a heavy wet diaper with an Extra small-soft BM, applied Cavilon barrier cream. Wiped clean hands and face, applied Cetaphil cream, including lower extremities.
6:50pm Positioned on her left side, Maureen goes to sleep for the night.
Vitals: Temp: 98.2, Pulse: 60, O2: 97.
