Monday, Apr. 29, 2024 - Daytime Update

8:00AM - Maureen was sleeping when we arrived, she's lying on her left side.

8:15AM - Maureen already woke up - looking calm.

8:25AM - In an upright position, we administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

**Maureen closed her eyes 10mins after taking the medicine.

8:45AM - Maureen looked ready to start her day. We washed her upper body with warmed purple wipes. We applied Nystatin on the very light redness on both underarms which is almost gone. Diaper was light wet, we cleaned and changed. Applied Cavilon barrier film on sacrum and Cavilon cream on folds. We dressed Maureen then, transfer to the kitchen.

9:00AM - Breakfast started with 8oz of prune juice with 1/2 cap of MiraLAX, oatmeal/fruit smoothie, and 2 spoonfuls of yogurt. Maureen also finished a cup of lemon water. No coughs.

**Reclined geri chair one notch prior to breakfast for comfort.

Daily dose of MiraLAX - 1/2 cap

9:35AM - Oral care.

9:40AM - Eye care / eye drops routine then, facial and hand care routine followed.

**Maureen had series of sneezes and able to coughed up the phlegm by herself.

10:10AM - BP: 110/70, P: 66 bpm

10:40AM - Maureen closed her eyes for a nap while watching Flubber on Disney+.

11:15AM - Sips of water.

11:30AM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her 1st rest break. Diaper was dry, position to face her right side.

12:35PM - 1st rest break ended. Diaper was heavy wet, we cleaned and changed Maureen then, moved to the kitchen.

12:45PM - Maureen enjoyed lunch which was chicken rice soup, mango supreme cake for dessert and a cup of sparkling water. Coughed 2x. **Reclined geri chair one notch after for Maureen's comfort.

1:25PM - Oral care.

2:00PM - Maureen is relaxed while sitting on her chair - awake and listening to the music.

2:30PM - Time for Maureen's 2nd rest break, we moved her to the bedroom. Diaper was heavy wet, we cleaned and changed her. Position to face her left side.

3:35PM - 2nd rest break ended. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned and changed Maureen then transferred to the front room.

3:45PM - Fruit snack time (kiwi, pear and melon). Maureen enjoyed her fruit snack as always. No coughs.
