Mon. August 30, 2021 Swingshift summary

4:00pm, Maureen was sitting in the recliner, very relaxed, getting massaged by Sister Roberta, drinking water from time to time also.

5:45, Maureen was transferred to the day chair using the Hoyer lift, then transferred to the bed, Sandra cleaned very well from a small formed BM and medium wet diaper, afterwards, she was transferred to the Geri chair for dinner.

6:00pm, Special guest chef Carolyn, whipped up a pasta with chicken dish that we all enjoyed, Maureen consumed a full cup of water as well.

7:00pm, 5mg OLANZAPINE with vanilla pudding and 7.5ml VIMPAT were administered, oral care, and cleanup followed and then changed to a fresh t-shirt for bed.

7:30pm, Cetaphil was applied to face, arms and hands, we transferred to bed from the Geri chair, using the Hoyer lift and started to change her diaper. During the cleaning process, Maureen peed on the pad, we got a new pad and finished changing to a fresh diaper, applied A&D ointment around her rectum, applied Vick’s to her chest and throat, and applied CICLOPIROX to both of her big toes.

7:50, Maureen is laying on her left side and was asleep by about 8:15.
