4:00 pm: Maureen was resting in the reclainer and watching her favorite show.

5:00 pm: We transferred Maureen from the reclainer to the Geri Chair.

5:15 pm Dinner: chicken & veggie an rice pudding for desert.

Maureen coughed one time during the dinner.

6:00 pm: 12,5 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with vanilla yogurt.

6:15 pm: Evening oral care.

6:30 pm: We transferred Maureen to the bed.

Very wet Diaper and small formed BM.

No discharge.

We washed Maureen with wet clouth and Cavilon Cleanser. We applied Cavilon cream.

We applied Vicks on her chest and Cetaphil Lotion on her face.

Temp.: 97,3

Oxygen: 95

Heart Rate: 74
