May 6/7, 2022, Night Shift

4:00 pm: Sister Roberta visited Maureen.

Maureen was relaxing in recliner and watchingTV.

6:00 pm: We transferred Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was very wet. Cleaned, changed and applied Cavilon Lotion.

6:20 pm: Dinner: scramble eggs with cheese, toast with butter and jam fro Mike:)

Maureen was coughing four times during the dinner.

7:15 pm:

7.5ml of VIMPAT and 5mg OLANZAPINE with vanilla pudding.

7:25pm : Oral care, cleanup, Cetaphil lotion applied, Vick’s on throat and chest, changed t-shirt.

7:45 pm:

Transferred Maureen to the bed. Medium wet diaper. Cleaned and changed. Applied Cavilon Lotion.

Applied Cetaphil Lotion to both feet and Tolcylen to the left and right big toes.

Position left side with two wedge pillows and white small pillow between legs.

Temp: 98,2

Oxygen: 96

Heart rate : 74

8:00 pm: asleep

10:00 pm: medium wet diaper. Cleaned and changed, applied Cavilon Lotion. Repositioned right side.

12:15 am: a littlie wet diaper. Cleaned and changed, applied Cavilon Lotion. Repositioned left side.

2:30 am: dry diaper. Repositioned right side.

4:30 am: dry diaper. Repositioned left side.

Maureen slept good all night.
