4:00 pm : Maureen was relaxing in the reclainer. 5:00 pm: We transferred Maureen from the reclainer to the Geri Chair

5:05 pm Dinner: chicken with spinach and potato from ZAZA. Maureen enjoyed it very much :)

Maureen did not cough during the dinner.

6:00 pm: 12,5 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with black cherry yogurt.

6:10 pm: Evening oral care.

6:30 pm: We transferred Maureen to the bed.

The diaper was very wet.

We washed Maureen with warm water. We applied Monistat Cream around vagina. We used Cavilon Skin Cleanser to wash her on the back of the butt and applied Cavilon Cream.

We washed her body with Cavilon film and applied Cetaphil Lotion.

Applied Vicks on her chest.

Position: left side with two wedge pillows.

Temperature 97,6

Oxygen: 96

Heart Rate: 77

7:00 pm : asleep

10:15 pm: very wet diaper.

Cleaned and changed.

Repositioned right side.

12:30 am: light wet diaper.

Cleaned and changed.

Repositioned left side.

3:00 am : dry diaper

Repositioned right side.

4:30 am: dry diaper

Repositioned left side.

Maureen slept good all night.
