May 4, 2021 Swingshift Update

• 4:00pm Maureen is lying comfortably on recliner working with Sister Roberta.

• 6:00pm Maureen is up to the bathroom. Pull-up is slightly wet, changed to a fresh one. Pants are dry. Maureen did not urinate or move her bowels.

• 6:20pm Dinner time. Maureen ate 100% of her shrimp teriyaki and had one cup of water.

• 7:15pm Administered 10mg OLANZAPINE with yogurt and 7.5mL VIMPAT. Oral care after.

• 7:45pm Bed time. Transferred Maureen from the day chair to bed using the Hoyer lift. Maureen‘s pull-up was slightly wet. Performed perineal care, applied Desitin, and put on a fresh diaper. Applied Vicks to chest and both right and left big toe. Maureen is turned to her right side.
