4:00 pm: Maureen was sitting comfortably in the recliner and watching her show.

6:00 pm: We changed Maureen in the bedroom. The diaper was very wet. Applied Cavilon lotion.

6:20 pm: Dinner: ham, green peas, mushrooms, carrots, celery, cheese and pasta casserole prepared by Carolyn, Maureen liked it 😋 very much.

Two times coughing.

7:00 pm: 7.5 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with vanila pudding.

7:15 pm: oral care, cleaned, applied Cetaphil Lotion, Vick's to the throat and chest, changed T-shirt.

7:35 pm: Transfered Maureen to her bed. The diaper was medium wet. Cleaned and changed, applied Cavilon Lotion.

Apply Cetaphil Lotion to both feet.

Position: left side with two wedge pillows.

Temperature: 98

Oxygen: 97

Heart Rate: 67

7:50 p.m.: asleep
