4:00 pm: The nurse Ann visited Maureen. After she left, Maureen was watching her favorite show.

4:55 pm: We transferred Maureen from the reclainer to the Geri Chair

5:00 pm Dinner: pork, rice and vegetables prepared by Carolyn.

Maureen enjoyed very much.

Maureen did not cough during the dinner.

6:00 pm: 12,5 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with peach yogurt.

6:10 pm: Evening oral care.

6:30 pm: We transferred Maureen to the bed.

The diaper was very wet. We cleaned and changed her.

Applied Cavilon Lotion.

Applied Lotion and Vicks on her chest.

Position: left side with two wedge pillows.

Temperature 97,6

Oxygen: 96

Heart Rate: 86

7:00 pm : asleep

10:15 pm: medium wet diaper.

Cleaned and changed. Repositioned right side.

12:15 am: dry diaper.

Repositioned left side.

3:00 am: dry diaper.

Repositoned right side.

5:30 am: medium wet diaper.

Cleaned and changed.

Repositioned left side.

Maureen slept good all night.
