May 3, 2021 Swingshift Update

• 4:00pm Maureen is lying comfortably in recliner.

• 6:03pm Maureen is up to the bathroom. Pull-up and pants are wet, changed to fresh. We waited 10 minutes. Maureen did not urinate nor move her bowels.

• 6:20pm Dinner time. Maureen finished 100% of her casserole and had one cup of water. Maureen sat upright and did not need assistance of green pillow. 7:20pm Per Tom, administered 10mg OLANZAPINE with yogurt, 7.5mL VIMPAT, and 10mg ZYRTEC. Oral care after.

• 7:40pm Bed time. Transferred Maureen from the day chair to bed using the Hoyer lift. Maureen was slightly wet, performed perineal care and changed to a fresh diaper. Vicks applied to chest and both right and left big toe. Maureen is turned to her left side.
