4:00 pm: Maureen was relaxing in recliner. Sister Roberta visited her.

5:45 pm: Maureen started watching TV.

6:15 pm: We changed Maureen in her bed. The diaper was very wet. Applied Cavilon lotion.

6:15 pm: Dinner: Tacos from Chipotle :) she enjoyed very much.

She did not cough at all.

7:20 pm: 7.5 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with apple souce.

7:30 pm: oral care, cleaned, applied Cetaphil Lotion, Vick's to the throat and chest, changed T-shirt.

7:50 pm: Transfered Maureen to bedroom. The diaper was medium wet. Changed and applied Cavilon Lotion.

Apply Cetaphil Lotion to both feet.

Position: left side with two wedge pillows.

Temperature: 98

Oxygen: 96

Heart Rate: 74

8:10 p.m.: asleep

10:00 pm: medium wet diaper, changed and applied Cavilon Lotion. Repositioned right side with two wedge pillows and white small pillow between legs.

12:30 am : dry diaper. Repositioned left side.

2:45 am: dry diaper. Repositioned right side.

4:30 am: a littlie wet diaper. Cleaned, changed, applied Cavilon Lotion. Repositioned left side with two wedge pillows and white small pillow between legs.

Maureen slept good all night.
