May 26, 2022, Swingshift Update

3:00 pm: We changed Maureen. The diaper was medium wet. Applied Cavilon Lotion.

We transferred Maureen to the living room. She ate fruits snack.

4:00 pm: Maureen was relaxing in recliner. Carolyn visited her :)

5:00 pm: Maureen started watching TV.

6:00 pm: Transferred Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was medium wet. We changed her and applied Cavilon lotion.

6:15 pm: Dinner: beef casserole prepared by Carolyn. Tommy visited Maureen. She enjoyed her dinner very much :)

Maureen coughed only twice.

6:55 pm: 7.5 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with vanila yogurt.

7:10 pm: oral care, cleaned, applied Cetaphil Lotion, Vick's to the throat and chest, changed T-shirt.

7:30 pm: Transfered Maureen to bedroom. The diaper was dry.

Apply Cetaphil Lotion to both feet.

Applied Nystatin Ointment inside of the elbow (right arm)

Position: left side with two wedge pillows and a white little pillow between legs.

Temperature: 97.8

Oxygen: 92

Heart Rate: 70

8:00 p.m.: asleep
