MAY 25, 2022, Swingshift Update

3:40 pm: Julie the nurse visited Maureen today.

4:15 pm: Maureen started watching shows . She was relaxing in her chair (recliner) in the living room. I massaged her right arm and hand.

6:00 pm: Transferred Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was very wet. We changed her and applied Cavilon lotion.

6:15 pm: Dinner: chicken with brocolli, prepared by Carolyn. Maureen enjoyed very much :)

Maureen coughed two times.

6:55 pm: 7.5 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with vanila pudding.

7:10 pm: oral care, cleaned, applied Cetaphil Lotion, Vick's to the throat and chest, changed T-shirt.

7:30 pm: Transfered Maureen to bedroom. The diaper was medium wet. Changed and applied Cavilon Lotion.

Apply Cetaphil Lotion to both feet.

Position: left side with two wedge pillows and a white little pillow between legs.

Temperature: 97.6

Oxygen: 96

Heart Rate: 69

8:00 p.m.: asleep
