4:00 pm: Maureen was relaxing in the recliner and watching her show. I massaged her right arm and hand. She ate bowl of fruits.

6:00 pm: We changed Maureen. The diaper was very wet. Cleaned and applied Cavilon lotion.

6:15 pm: Dinner: salmon, potatos and brocolli, prepared by Carolyn. Maureen enjoyed very very much :)

Maureen was coughing during the dinner three times.

6:55 pm: 7.5 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with lime pie yogurt.

7:10 pm: oral care - two times red face cough.

Cleaned, applied Cetaphil Lotion, Vick's lotion to the throat and chest, changed T-shirt.

7:35 pm: Transfered Maureen to bed. The diaper was medium wet.

We changed Maureen.

Applied Cetaphil Lotion to both feet.

Position: left side with two wedge pillows.

Temperature: 97.7

Oxygen: 96

Heart Rate: 74

7:50 pm.: asleep
