4:00 pm: Maureen was relaxing in the recliner and watching TV. I massaged her right arm and hand.

6:00 pm: We changed Maureen. The diaper was very wet. Cleaned and applied Cavilon lotion.

We applied a littlie Nystatin Ointment under the belly button.

6:20 pm: Dinner: Pizza. Maureen enjoyed very very much :)

Maureen didn't cough during the dinner.

7:00 pm: 7.5 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with strawberry cheesecake yogurt.

7:15 pm: oral care, cleaned, applied Cetaphil, Vick's lotion to the throat and chest, changed T-shirt.

7:40 pm: Transfered Maureen to bed. The diaper was medium wet.

We changed Maureen.

Apply Cetaphil Lotion to both feet.

Position: left side with two wedge pillows.

Temperature: 98.5

Oxygen: 95

Heart Rate: 73

8:00 pm.: asleep

10:15 pm: medium wet diaper. Cleaned and changed. Repositioned right side.
