May 20 daytime update

• 8:00am Maureen is awake. Marie is at the bedside with her. Tom states Maureen has been in and out of sleep prior to our arrival.

• 8:25am We sat Maureen up in bed. Administered 75 mcg Levothyroxine with applesauce. We gave Maureen slow, steady sips of water after.

• 8:55am We begin our day with a complete bed bath. Maureen's diaper is light wet - Marie and I applied Cavilon barrier film to the sacral area and Cavilon barrier cream to the perineal area. We dressed, transferred Maureen to the geri chair using the Hoyer lift, and headed to the kitchen.

• 9:22am Breakfast - smoothie, 6 oz prune juice, cup of water.

• Daily Miralax dosage - 1/4 cap

• 9:50am Administered 5mg Lisinopril and 10mg Loratidine with applesauce.

• 9:55am Oral care.

• 10:00am Morning facial routine.

• 10:15am I trimmed and filed Maureen's fingernails.

• 11:00am We headed to the bedroom for rest break #1. Maureen's diaper is heavy wet - Marie and I performed a clean and change. Maureen will lie on her right side for one hour starting at 11:18am.

• 12:18pm Rest break #1 ends. Maureen's diaper is dry.

• 12:30pm Marie and I washed and styled Maureen's hair.

• 12:55pm Lunch - chicken salad, beets, parmesan crisp, half yogurt, one cup of water.

• 1:33pm Oral care.

• 1:40pm We reclined Maureen's geri chair down one notch.

• 2:00pm We headed to the bedroom for rest break #2. Maureen's diaper is dry. She will lie on her left side for one hour starting at 2:05pm.

• 3:05pm Rest break #2 ends. Maureen's diaper is medium wet and she had a very small, formed bowel movement. Marie and I performed a clean and change and we headed to the front room.

• 3:25pm Fruit snack - pear, watermelon, kiwi.
