5:00 pm: Maureen was relaxing in the living room.

5:10 pm: Dinner: Fish and rissotto with sweet peas.

Maureen coughed only one time during the dinner.

6:00 pm: 12,5 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with yogurt.

6:15 pm: Evening oral care.

6:30 pm: Me and Tom transferred Maureen to the bed.

The diaper was medium wet.

We cleaned and changed her and applied Cavilon cream.

We applied Vicks on her chest and Cetaphil Lotion on her face.

Temp.: 97.8

Oxygen: 97

Heart Rate: 82

7:00 asleep.

10:00 pm: very wet diaper, small formed BM

Cleaned and changed.

Repositioned right side.

12:15 am: dry diaper.

Repositioned left side.

3:00 am: dry diaper

Repositioned right side.

4:30 am: a littlie wet diaper.

Cleaned and changed. Repositioned left side. Maureen slept good all night.
