4:00 pm: Sister Roberta visited Maureen. She massaged her. She cut her nails.

After sister Roberta left, Maureen was relaxing in the recliner and watching TV. She ate one small peanut butter/chocolate candy.

6:00 pm: We changed Maureen and applied Cavilon lotion. The diaper was very wet.

We applied Nystatin Ointment under the belly button.

6:20 pm: Dinner: shrimp and veggies quiche.

Maureen coughed only two times.

6:55 pm: 7.5 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with chocolate pudding.

7:10 pm: oral care, cleaned, applied Cetaphil, Vick's lotion to the throat and chest, changed T-shirt.

7:40 pm: Transfered Maureen to bed. The diaper was a littlewet. We changed her and applied Cavilon Lotion.

Apply Cetaphil Lotion to both feet.

Position: left side with two wedge pillows and white small pillow between legs.

Temperature: 97.5

Oxygen: 96

Heart Rate: 66

8:00 p.m.: asleep

10:00 pm: the diaper was very wet, cleaned and changed, applied Cavilon Lotion. Repositioned right side.

12:25 am: dry diaper. Repositioned left side.

2:35 am: dry diaper.

Repositioned right side.

4:30 am: a littlie wet diaper. Cleaned and changed. Applied Cavilon Lotion. Repositioned left side.

Maureen slept good all night.
