4:00pm Maureen is lying comfortably in the recliner.
6:25pm Maureen is up to the bathroom. Pull-up is slightly wet, but pants are dry. Cleaned Maureen thoroughly and put on a fresh pull-up. After 10 minutes, Maureen did not urinate or move her bowels.
6:40pm Dinner time. Maureen ate 100% of her chili casserole, bbq pork tenderloin, potatoes, broccoli, and salad and had one cup of water. Maureen was noticeably leaning towards her left and forward throughout her meal and needed the assistance of the green wedge pillow to sit upright.
7:38pm Administered 7.5mg OLANZAPINE with yogurt and 7.5mL VIMPAT. Oral care after.
7:55pm Bedtime. Transferred Maureen from the day chair to bed using the Hoyer lift. Pull-up is dry. Noticed redness and so applied a small amount of Desitin on Maureen’s bottom. Applied Vicks to chest and both right and left big toe. Maureen is lying on her right side.
