May 19, 2021 Swingshift Update

• 4:00pm Maureen is lying on the recliner.

• 6:05pm Tom noticed a build of wax in Maureen’s ears and cleaned them out thoroughly.

• 6:10pm Maureen is up to the bathroom. Pull-up is slightly wet. After 10 minutes, Maureen did not urinate or move her bowels.

• 6:30pm dinner time. Maureen ate 100% of her pork chop, potatoes, and broccoli and had one cup of water. Maureen needed the assistance of the green wedge pillow to sit upright for her meal.

• 7:47pm Administered 7.5mg OLANZAPINE with yogurt and 7.5mL VIMPAT. Oral care after.

• 8:20pm Bed time. Transferred Maureen from day chair to bed using the Hoyer lift. Pull-up is dry, cleaned Maureen’s bottom thoroughly, applied Desitin and put on a fresh diaper. Applied Vicks to chest and both right and left big toe. Maureen is turned to her right side.
