4:00 pm: Maureen was relaxing in the reclainer and watching TV.

5:15 pm:Dinner: chicken&broccolli prepared by Carolyn. Maureen was enjoying very much.

Maureen coughed two times during the dinner.

6:00 pm: 12,5 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with blueberry yogurt.

6:15 pm: Evening oral care.

6:30 pm: We transferred Maureen to the bed.

The diaper was very wet.

We changed her: washed with wipes and Cavilon Cleanser. We applied Cavilon cream.

We applied Vicks on her chest and Cetaphil Lotion on her face.

Temp.: 97.4

Oxygen: 96

Heart Rate: 76

7:10 asleep.

10:30 pm: medium wet diaper, small formed BM

Cleaned and changed.

Repositioned right side.

12:45 am: medium wet diaper

Cleaned and changed.

Repositioned left side.

2:45 am: dry diaper

Repositioned right side.

4:40 am: light wet diaper

Cleaned and changed.

Repositioned left side.

Maureen slept good all night.
