3:30 pm: Ann Emberson, RN visited Maureen 4:00 pm: Maureen was relaxing in the reclainer and having fruits snack.

After Ann left, she started watch TV.

5:00 pm:Dinner: beef, pepper, veggie, cheese prepared by Carolyn. Maureen was enjoying very much :)

Maureen coughed three times during the dinner.

6:00 pm: 12,5 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with cherry yogurt.

6:20 pm: Evening oral care.

6:35 pm: We transferred Maureen to the bed.

The diaper was very wet.

We changed her: washed with wipes and Cavilon Cleanser. We applied Cavilon cream.

We applied Vicks on her chest and Cetaphil Lotion on her face.
