4:00 pm: Maureen was relaxing in the reclainer and watching favorite show.

5:30 pm:Dinner: chicken and broccoli

Maureen coughed one time during the dinner.

6:00 pm: 12,5 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with peach yogurt.

6:15 pm: Evening oral care.

6:30 pm: We transferred Maureen to the bed.

The diaper was very wet.

We washed Maureen with wet clouth and Cavilon Cleanser. We applied Cavilon cream.

We applied Vicks on her chest and Cetaphil Lotion on her face.
