5:00 PM: Maureen was relaxing in the recliner and watching TV. She took 10 min nap.

6:05 PM: we changed Maureen in

the bedroom. The diaper was very wet, cleaned her and applied Cavilon lotion.

6:20 pm: Dinner: sloppy joes and potatos salad.

Maureen was very tired. She took 10 min nap during the dinner. She coughed five times.

7:05 PM: 7.5 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with vanila pudding.

7:05 pm: oral care, cleaned, applied Cetaphil, Vick's lotion to the throat and chest, changed T-shirt.

7:40 pm: Transfered Maureen to bed.

Apply Cetaphil Lotion to both feet.

Position: left side with two wedge pillows and a white little pillow between legs.

Temperature: 96.4

Oxygen: 96

Heart Rate: 62

8:00 p.m.: asleep

10:15 pm: medium wet diaper. Cleaned and changed. Applied Cavilon Lotion. Repositioned right side.

12:30 am: dry diaper, repositioned left side

2:30 am: dry diaper, repositioned right side

4:30 am: a littlie wet diaper, cleaned and changed, applied Cavilon Lotion. Repositioned left side.

Maureen slept good all night.
