4:00 pm: Maureen was sitting and resting in her bed.

She was watching show.

4:35 pm: Sister Roberta visited Maureen and massaged her in bed.

6:30 pm: We changed Maureen. The diaper was very wet. Applied Cavilon Lotion.

6:50 pm: Dinner: sloppy joes, potato salad

During the dinner, Maureen coughed five times.

7:30 PM: 7.5 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with vanila yogurt.

7:40 pm: oral care, cleaning, applying Cetaphil, Vick's lotion to the throat and chest, changed T-shirt.

8:00 pm: Transfered Maureen to bed. Cleaned and changed. The diaper was medium wet. Applied Cavilon Lotion.

Apply Cetaphil Lotion to both feet.

Position: left side with two wedge pillows and a white little pillow between legs.

Temperature: 97.4

Oxygen: 95

Heart Rate: 74

8:20 p.m.: asleep

10:30 pm: the diaper was medium wet, cleaned and changed, applied Cavilon Lotion. Repositioned right side with two wedge pillows and white small pillow between legs.

12:30 am: dry diaper, repositioned left side

3:00 am: dry diaper, repositioned right side

4:40 am: medium wet diaper. Cleaned and changed. Applied Cavilon Lotion. Repositioned left side with two wedge pillows and white small pillow between legs.

Maureen slept good all night.
