May 13, 2021 Swingshift Update

• 4:00ok Maureen is relaxing in the recliner.

• 5:40pm Maureen said yes when I asked her if she needs to use the bathroom. Pull-up was heavily wet and seeped through her pants. Perineal care performed and put on a fresh pair of pull-ups and pants. After waiting 10 minutes, Maureen did not urinate in the toilet any further.

• 6:05pm Dinner time. Maureen ate 100% of her chicken, potato salad, and pasta and had one cup of water.

• 7:17pm Administered 10mg OLANZAPINE with sherbet and 7.5mL VIMPAT. Oral care after.

• 7:55pm Bedtime. Maureen from the day chair to bed using the Hoyer lift. Pull-up is dry, changed to a fresh diaper. Applied Vicks to chest and both right and left big toe. Maureen is turned to her right side.
