4:00pm Maureen is lying comfortably in the recliner.
5:55pm Maureen is up to the bathroom. Pull-up is medium wet, changed to a fresh pull-up. Maureen urinated (cloudy) but did not move her bowels.
6:10pm Dinner time. Maureen ate 100% of her ham, mashed potatoes, asparagus, and Mostaccioli and one cup of water.
7:45pm Administered 10mg OLANZAPINE and with pudding and 7.5mL VIMPAT. Oral care after.
8:35pm Bed time. Transferred Maureen from the day chair to bed using the Hoyer lift. Pull-up is dry, changed to a fresh diaper. Applied Vicks to chest and both right and left big toe. Maureen is turned to her right side.
