3:45 pm: Julie the nurse visited Maureen.

After she left Maureen was relaxing in recliner and watching TV. I massaged her left arm and hand.

5:30 pm: We transferred Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was very wet. We cleaned and changed her and applied Cavilon Lotion.

5:55 pm: Dinner: meat muffins, potatos, asparagus and green beans- prepared by Carolyn:) Maureen enjoyed very much :)

Maureen was coughing few times, same as yesterday.

6:30 pm: 7.5ml of VIMPAT and 5mg OLANZAPINE with tiramisu

6:40 pm: Oral care, cleanup, Cetaphil lotion applied, Vick’s on throat and chest, changed t-shirt

7:10 pm: Me and Tom transfered Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was medium wet. We cleaned and changed her and applied Cavilon Lotion.

Applied Cetaphil Lotion to both feet and Tolcylen to both big toes. Position left side with two wedge pillows and small white pillow between legs.

Temp: 97.5

Oxygen: 97

Heart rate : 70

7:25 pm: asleep.
