4:00 pm: Maureen was relaxing in the reclainer and watching TV.

4:45 pm: dinner: Roast Pork, Kraut onion and apple, potato. Maureen enjoyed very much.

3/4 cup of water with lemon

She coughed three times during the dinner.

5:40 pm: BP: 120/65 P: 62

6:00 pm: 12,5 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with applesouce.

6:10 pm: Evening oral care.

6:25 pm: We transferred Maureen to the bedroom.

The diaper was medium wet.

Cleaned and changed, applied Cavilon cream.

Applied Cetaphil Lotion on her face, legs, feet and hands.

6:50 pm: asleep.
