4:00 pm: Maureen was relaxing in the reclainer.

5:00 pm: Dinner: scrambled egg with cheese ans toast

Maureen coughed three times during the dinner.

6:00 pm : 12,5 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE and Benadryl with strawberry Jello.

6:15 pm: Evening oral care.

6:30 pm: We transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Very wet diaper. Cleaned and changed her.

Applied Cavilon Lotion.

Cleaned Maureen in bed.

Applied Cetaphil Lotion and Vicks.

Applied Hydrocortisone Cream on the all red spots.

Position: left side with two wedge pillows.

Temperature 96,6

Oxygen: 96

Heart Rate: 73

7:00 pm : asleep

10:30 pm: very wet diaper.

Cleaned and changed. Repositioned right side.

12:30 am: dry diaper

Repositioned left side.

2:30 am: dry diaper

Repositioned right side.

4:30 am: medium wet diaper.

Cleaned and changed.

Repositioned left side.

Maureen slept good all night.
