March 30, 2022, Swingshift Update

4:00 pm: Julie -the nurse visited Maureen.

After she left, Maureen was resting in recliner and watching TV. I massaged her left arm and hand.

5:50 pm: transferred Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was very wet: cleaned changed, applied Cavilon Lotion.

6:10 pm: Dinner: tuna baked -prepared by Carolyn. Maureen enjoyed very much :)

7:00 pm: 7.5ml of VIMPAT and 5mg OLANZAPINE with vanila/chocolate pudding.

7:10 pm: Oral care, cleanup, Cetaphil lotion applied, Vick’s on throat and chest, changed t-shirt

7:30 pm: transfered Maureen to the bedroom.

The diaper was medium wet: cleaned, changed, applied Cavilon Lotion.

Position left side with two wedge pillows and small white pillow between legs.

Applied Cetaphil Lotion to both feet and Tolcylen to both big toes.

Temp: 97.8

Oxygen: 97

Heart rate : 72

8:10 pm: asleep.
