4:00 pm: Maureen was relaxing in the reclainer. Ann- the nurse, Carolyn and Jill visited her.

5:00 pm:Dinner: Turkey, brocolli with cheese and gnocchii.

Maureen coughed five times during the dinner.

6:00 pm : 12,5 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE and Benadryl with strawberry Jello.

6:20 pm: Evening oral care.

6:30 pm: We transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Very wet diaper. Cleaned and changed her.

Applied Cavilon Lotion.

Cleaned Maureen in bed.

Applied Cetaphil Lotion and Vicks.

Applied Hydrocortisone Cream on the all red spots.

Position: left side with two wedge pillows.

Temperature 96,8

Oxygen: 95

Heart Rate: 67
