5:30pm: Up to bathroom, changed, wet, small amount cloudy urine in toilet. 6:00pm dinner: Beef with mushroom and pasta, ate 100%. 7:00pm: 10mg OLANZAPINE with pudding, 7.5mL VIMPAT. Oral care after.

7:45pm Get ready for bed. Changed, dry, vicks applied on chest and left big toe, laid to bed, lights low, long pillow placed by side.

8:06pm in bed and asleep. 8:17pm turned to right side.
