4:00 pm: Maureen was resting in recliner and watching TV.

6:00 pm: transferred Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was very wet: cleaned changed, applied Cavilon Lotion.

6:10 pm: Dinner: Schrimps and Veggies.

6:55 pm: 7.5ml of VIMPAT and 5mg OLANZAPINE with orange yogurt.

7:10 pm: Oral care, cleanup, Cetaphil lotion applied, Vick’s on throat and chest, changed t-shirt

7:30 pm: transfered Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was dry.

Position left side with two wedge pillows.

Applied Cetaphil Lotion to both feet and Tolcylen to both big toes.

Temp: 97.3

Oxygen: 97

Heart rate : 71

7:50 pm: asleep.

10:00 pm : very wet diaper, cleaned and changed, applied Cavilon Lotion, repositioned right side with two wedge pillows and white small pillow between legs.

12:00: dry diaper, repositioned left side with two wedge pillows and white small pillow between legs.

2:30 am: dry diaper, repositioned right side with two wedge pillows and white small pillow between legs.

4:30 am: a littlie wet diaper, cleaned and changed, applied Cavilon Lotion, repositioned left side with two wedge pillows.

Maureen slept good all night.
