5:00 pm: Maureen was relaxing in the living room, having good time with Carolyn. Carolyn brought dinner🙂

5:10 pm: dinner: White fish, pasta and spinach. Maureen enjoyed very much.

1 cup of water with lemon

She coughed two times during the dinner.

5:40 pm: BP: 118/58 P: 68

5:55 pm: 12,5 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with applesouce.

6:10 pm: Evening oral care.

6:30 pm: We transferred Maureen to the bedroom.

The diaper was very wet. Medium formed BM.

Cleaned and changed, applied Cavilon cream.

Applied Cetaphil Lotion on her face, legs, feet and hands.

Temp.: 98,6

Oxygen: 98

Heart Rate: 58

7:00 pm: asleep.

9:30 pm: medium wet diaper.

Cleaned and changed.

Repositioned right side.

12:00 am: dry diaper.

Repositioned left side.

2:30 am: dry diaper.

Repositioned right side.

4:40 am: medium wet diaper.

Cleaned and changed.

Repositioned left side.

Maureen slept good all night.
