March 19/20, Saturday, Night Shift

5:00 pm: Maureen was resting in recliner and watching TV.

6:00 pm: we transferred Maureen to the kitchen using the Hoyer lift.

6:10 pm: Dinner: Greek Lasagna

6:55 pm: 7.5ml of VIMPAT and 5mg OLANZAPINE with cherry yougurt.

7:10 pm: Oral care, cleanup, Cetaphil lotion applied, Vick’s on throat and chest, changed t-shirt

7:30 pm: we transfered Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was mediumwet. Cleaned and changed, applied Cavilon Lotion, position left side with two wedge pillows.

Applied Lotion to both feet and Tolcylen to both big toes.

Temp: 97.6

Oxygen: 96

Heart rate : 74

7:40 pm: asleep.

10:00 pm : the diaper was medium wet, cleaned and changed, applied Cavilon Lotion. Repositioned right side with two wedge pillows and white small pillow between legs

12:15 am : the diaper was dry. Repositioned left side with two wedge pillows.

2:30 am : the diaper was dry. Repositioned right side with two wedge pillows and white small pillow between legs

4:30 am : the diaper was medium wet, cleaned and changed, applied Cavilon Lotion. Repositioned left side with two wedge pillows.

Maureen slept good all night.
