4:00 pm: Maureen was resting in recliner and watching TV.

I massaged her right arm and hand.

5:15 pm: Mike visited Maureen. They had a good time. Mike brought cookies for Maureen. She ate some of them.

6:00 pm: we transferred Maureen to the bedroom using the Hoyer lift. The diaper was very wet. Cleaned, changed and applied Cavilon Lotion.

6:15 pm: Dinner: fish with some salad

6:55 pm: 7.5ml of VIMPAT and 5mg OLANZAPINE with vanila pudding.

7:10 pm: Oral care, cleanup, Cetaphil lotion applied, Vick’s on throat and chest, changed t-shirt

7:30 pm: we transfered Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was dry.

Applied Lotion to both feet and Tolcylen to both big toes. Position left side with two wedge pillows and small white pillow between legs.

Temp: 97.6

Oxygen: 98

Heart rate : 69

7:50 pm: asleep.

10:00 pm : the diaper was very wet, cleaned, changed, applied Cavilon Lotion. Repositioned right side with two wedge pillows and white small pillow between legs.

12:15 am : the diaper was dry. Repositioned left side with two wedge pillows and white small pillow between legs.

2:45 am: the diaper was a little wet, cleaned, changed, applied Cavilon Lotion. Repositioned right side with two wedge pillows and white small pillow between legs.

4:30 am: the diaper very wet, cleaned, changed, applied Cavilon Lotion. Repositioned left side with two wedge pillows.

Mareen slept good all night.
