4:00 pm: Maureen was resting in the reclainer and watching TV.

5:15 pm: Dinner: fish, potato, pierogi, coleslow

Maureen coughed three times during the dinner.

6:00 pm : 12,5 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with Jello

6:20 pm: Evening oral care.

6:35 pm: We headed Maureen to the bedroom. Very wet diaper, medium formed bowel movement. Cleaned and changed her.

Applied Cavilon Lotion.

Cleaned Maureen in bed. Applied Cetaphil Lotion and Vicks.

Position: left side with two wedge pillows.

Temperature 97.2

Oxygen: 97

Heart Rate: 68

7:00pm : asleep

10:15 pm: medium wet diaper, cleaned and changed.

Repositioned right side.

12:30 am: dry diaper

Repositioned left side.

2:30 am : light wet diaper.

Cleaned and changed.

Repositioned right side.

4:30 am: medium wet diaper,

cleaned and changed.

Repositioned left side.

Maureen slept good all night.
