4:00 pm: Ann the nurse visited Maureen. After she left Maureen was relaxing in the reclainer and watching TV.

5:00 pm: Dinner: Manicotti, cheese, sausage, tomato.

Maureen coughed four times during the dinner.

6:00 pm : 12,5 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with Jello

6:20 pm: Evening oral care.

6:35 pm: We headed Maureen to the bedroom. Medium wet diaper, medium formed bowel movement. Cleaned and changed her.

Applied Cavilon Lotion.

Cleaned Maureen in bed. Applied Cetaphil Lotion and vicks.

Position: left side with two wedge pillows.

Temperature 97.4

Oxygen: 97
