March 15, 2022,Tuesday, Swingshift Update

4:00 pm: Maureen was resting in recliner. Carolyn visited her :)

I massaged her right arm and hand.

6:00 pm: We transferred Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was medium wet. Cleaned, changed and applied Cavilon Lotion.

6:25 pm: Dinner: Mossaka " Greek lasagna"- prepared by Carolyn. Maureen enjoyed very much :)

6:55 pm: 7.5ml of VIMPAT and 5mg OLANZAPINE with mixberry yogurt.

7:10 pm: Oral care, cleanup, Cetaphil lotion applied, Vick’s on throat and chest, changed t-shirt

7:30 pm: we transfered Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was a little wet. Cleaned, changed, applied Cavilon Lotion.

Applied Cetaphil Lotion to both feet and Tolcylen to both big toes. Position left side with two wedge pillows.

Oxygen: 95

Heart rate : 64

7:50 pm: asleep.
