5:30am med wet, changed, repositioned.

6:30 dry, no change. Note:. Maureen is talking and moving in her sleep

7:30 Maureen is awake. Cleaned, light wet changed, dressed, sitting nicely on bedside.

8:00 breakfast: banana, oatmeal, 1/2 water 1/2 prune juice w/reg meds and one spray FLONAISE ea nostril. Maureen is leaning left this morning. Teeth face hands wash.

9:00 srs PT at window.

9:30 Maureen becomes groggy 1/2 way thru PT. Decide to hold off rest of PT til later. Transfer her to front chair to rest.

11:00 bathroom: med wet, changed. Rest of PT completed.

12:30pm lunch: curry chicken, squash, quinoa. Piece of cake from Susan.

1:00 visit from neighbor Susan with cake.

1:45 bathroom: dry, no change. Tinkle in toilet, cloudy.

2:00 visit from Sister Roberta.

Sr. Roberta suggests the following: * Apply Vicks on big toes for fungus.

* Palpate (press up and down) inside the jugular notch (concave bony area below the throat) to help swallowing issues.

* Palpate under the chin for drooling and swallowing issues.

* Palpating any points on the sternum is good for coughing.

4:00 visit from neighbor Michael.

4:30 bathroom: light wet, changed. Tinkle and large formed BM in toilet.
