  • October 11: 1/2 cap of MiraLAX and 1 tablespoon of flaxseed

  • October 12: 3/4 cap of MiraLAX and 1 tablespoon of flaxseed

  • October 13: 1/2 cap of MiraLAX and 1 tablespoon of flaxseed

  • October 14: 1/4 cap of MiraLAX and 1 tablespoon of flaxseed
